Airfield Passport
A product by Round Lake Labs
Airfield Passport is a flight logbook built around where you fly, not just how long. Every trip you log lands on a map of the fields you've been to, earns milestones like your first landing in a new state, and helps you pick somewhere new for the next flight.
How it works
- Log your flights. Type a route like
KOSH KMSN, or paste a whole page of your paper logbook at once — dates, stops and tail numbers included. - Watch the map fill in. Every field you've landed at shows up, with your routes drawn between them and a stamp for each state.
- Find where to fly next. Explore suggests fields within range that you haven't been to yet, like a $100 hamburger run with lunch right on the field.
Why Airfield Passport
- Every US airfield. About 32,000 airports, heliports and seaplane bases, with runways, frequencies, fuel and links to the current Chart Supplement.
- Milestones worth chasing. States, counties, regions, grass strips, coast to coast, every public field within 50 nm of home — recomputed from your log, so edits always count.
- Places nearby. Restaurants around every field, rated by other pilots. Pro adds beaches, camping, museums, car rental and courtesy cars.
- A passport to share. An optional public page with your map, state stamps and milestones — never your dates, notes or home field.
