A small software studio in Round Lake, New York
Round Lake Labs LLC is an independent software studio. We build our own apps and tools, and we design, host, and look after websites for local businesses in Upstate New York.
Who's behind it
Hi — I'm Michael, and Round Lake Labs is me. I live in Round Lake, NY with my wife Abigail, and I've been building software for over a decade — previously at Microsoft, now at GitHub, and at a few smaller shops along the way. I graduated from RIT — go Tigers!
I started the studio to do two things: build apps I actually want to use, and help businesses around here create websites that work for them. My focus is local. I'd rather know the people I build for and help them grow their businesses.
When I'm not at a keyboard, I'm probably walking our dog Benji or playing piano with our village band.
